The Honey Hana sake cocktail was created for the Japan America Society of St. Louis (JAS) to serve at the annual Japanese Festival at the Missouri Botanical Gardens.

Yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit, and honey are a delightful match for sake. The lavender bitters garnish is the perfect aromatic compliment. Hana is the Japanese word for flower.
